You’re welcome to bring your own party decorations!

    🚫 Please note: decorations cannot be taped or hung on the walls. And please be sure to take all your decorations home with you.

📅 Booking & Payment:

Birthday parties are $300 +HST for up to 10 children.

Add on prices:

Hair Braid Tutorial +$100

Birthday VIP Glow-Up (hair wash, treatment & style for the birthday child before the party) +$60

  1. Fill out our Birthday Party Interest Form
  2. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date (due upon receipt of invoice)

The remaining balance is due by the Friday before the party (we’ll send a second invoice)

🕓 Sample Party Itinerary:

  • 4:15 PM – Birthday family may arrive to get settled
  • 4:30 PM – Party begins!
    • Hair styling starts (5–7 mins per child)
    • Other guests enjoy the play area or colouring sheets
  • 4:45 PM – Guided hands-on activity with Party Ambassador
  • 5:15 PM – Parent-led activity or quick party game (e.g. pass the parcel)
    • Meanwhile, the Ambassador resets the table for snacks & cake
  • 5:30 PM – Snacks & cake time
  • 5:50 PM – Dance party or karaoke to wrap up
  • 6:00 PM – Party ends
