I acknowledge by signing this release form that I hereby grant permission to Bubbles Haircare for Kids, its employees, and agents to photograph or video record my child while participating in activities at or associated with Bubbles. I understand these photos or videos may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes including (but not limited to) social media, print materials, and the business website.

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor being photographed.

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images and that Bubbles Haircare for Kids has the right to crop or edit the images for formatting purposes, provided it does not misrepresent the subject or context.

I understand that I may withdraw this consent in writing at any time, and that any future use of my child’s image will cease upon receipt of that withdrawal. However, previously published material will not be recalled or removed.
